Have you tried deleting the session names on the PC by deleting the *.ws files 
in your "C:\Program Files\IBM\Client Access\Emulator\PRIVATE\*.WS" directory? 
Then rebuild them?  This is what I had to do on my PC.  I am not saying this 
should be a company wide fix.  However it will help determine where the problem 
lies.
