 While this is a way around the RPG limitation, I must disagree w/ your
solution.  One drawback to the OVR method is that there is no system way to
automate this, so anyone working on this program must know and remember to
key the override.  Another one is that you can't use this method to submit
the compile.

 The simple solution is to create a 1 line DDS (besides documentation)
using the FORMAT() keyword at the format level.  Compile it to get the same
description as the original file.
