Time and date Offset

     
     We have users on the Pacific coast who will access their application 
     on an AS400 in the UK. 
     
     How do we ensure that they are operating that application on Pacific 
     Time, and how do we deal with daylight saving, especially the day 
     difference we have in the fall ?
     
     The AS400 is not dedicated to this one application.
