I have been asked, through the list, quite a few questions about
connectionism and the Neural Database concept.  I have decided that it
would be more helpful if I try to answer them as a whole rather than
piecemeal.  So that I do not abuse the list, I am working on a new
description that is about the concept alone as far as possible, as the
existing documentation that I already have describes a commercial product
in conjunction with the concept.   

I should finish this soon, but in case you think that I am ignoring your
questions, I thought I would send this short note.
