No warranties expressed or implied and I have no personal knowledge of this
product,, but this was in the Newswire/400 Email a few weeks ago.

CONSULTANT OFFERS FREE Y2K DATE SIMULATOR TOOL
So you've gone line by line through reams of code changing dates
but you're leery of changing your AS/400's system date to do your
testing? Systems analyst and consultant T.V.S. Murthy has a tool
you might be interested in.

Murthy has developed a free date simulator for V3R7 and higher
RISC AS/400s that lets you set a pseudo-system date for AS/400
jobs running in a test environment without affecting the system
date, letting production jobs run in parallel with test jobs. The
date simulator works with programs written in RPG III, RPG IV, CL,
and Cobol. So far, Murthy has tested the tool only on his own
system, but he says it works great. For complete information and a
free download of the tool, visit Murthy's Web site at

http://www2.netdoor.com/~tvsm/datevm_1.htm .
