By recorder program did you mean Rumba macro's versus the PC5250 stuff in 
95/NT?  If so I kind of agree with you.  I liked the Rumba macros better.  I 
found them easy to program and stick PROMPT commands in and stuff.  I think the 
new macros are supposed to be Visual Basic?  Perhaps they went this way to get 
a standard macro language that, in theory, more people are supposed to know, 
and also be able to get a better ROI in learning the macro language.

I've deleted these wait lines without any noticeable harm.  It would be nicer 
to have an option to
turn off this "feature" altogether.  I've actually switched to using the 
Recorder program from Windows
3.1.  Why did they drop that in 95 anyway?
