Sorry, I left out a curtial bit of information.  We are using Client Access 
on these OS2 machines.  It is CA that we want to use to connect to our 400 
and then be able to name devices and do TCP printing.  Thanks to all who 
already commented.

We have an office that is, for now, stuck with using OS2.  Does anyone know 
if OS2 has the ability to connect to the 400 via TCP and if so does it have 
the printing and devices naming capabilities that Windows 95 has.
