Nail a piece of wood to the office wall with a whole bunch of nails
facing outwards.
Paint it to look like a calendar.
Every time you arrive and leave prick your thumb or finger on the
appropriate nail and leave some blood on it.
When they want proof of your hours give them the board and tell them to
have the blood drops tested and dated at a forensic laboratory.
