Your best bet is to read the "Memo To Users" for th eintervening
releases.
As V3R2 and V3R7 were basically functionally requivalent, you only need
read the V4R1 letter (in addition to the V4R2 one of course).
You can download these via the ECS modem with the SNDPTFORD command.
Order SF98016 for the V4R1 letter, SF98026 for V4R2.

You can also read them online at
