Yeah and its called 100 megabit.

Lets see 100mbit/sec ~ 10mbyte/sec ~ 600mbyte/minute

600 mbyte/minute at 10% ethernet throughput = 60 mbyte/minute

How fast do you need or is my math all screwed up ?

Not as fast as SCSI but fast enough in a pinch.
