Tim,

We are using FormsPlus from Jetform which provides access to all the
drawers and allows us to do duplex printing.  We have standardized on
putting custom paper in drawer #1 and regular paper in the subsequent
drawers.  If a user directs a non-Laser form report to a printer then it
will go to drawer 2 (this is the default we setup on the printer's
source drawer).  Hope this helps.
