I would agree.  Before I apply a CUM tape, I would want to apply all temp
PTF's permanently.  That way if there is something wrong in the CUM tape, I
can IPL on the A side and I should be back to where I was before.

Is there something wrong with this philosophy?  Many other posts indicate they
almost never apply anything permanently.
