Can anyone help me out on this one? Customer has a model 170 with V4R2 (obviously), and has a Lexmark Optra S 24ppm laser printer with three drawers and an envelope feeder. They are using OfficeVision and are accessing the first two drawers fine and the envelope feeder. However, we seem to have trouble getting an option to separately use the third drawer. The printer is emulating a 3812-1. I have heard that the 3812-1 does not have the thrid drawer option. If my customer wants to put different letterhead in each drawer, does anyone know of a way to access each individual drawer using OfficeVision and the AS/400? That's as coherent as I can make it.
