Does "current one" ACTUALLY think you could do all you are doing on NT (and not 
have
every user coming after him every time NT crashes...) ?

As for the "prior" - that is truly scary; he should have at LEAST trusted his 
staff
to have the knowledge to handle stuff like that !
And to stay that far behind is unreal...
