I think you might need to make a special *WSCST (workstation customization)
object. Some of the others on the list have examples, maybe Pete Hall? You
first need to RTVWSCST for the *EQLQ1070, then look for the strings that
set the fonts, and then change those to draft. Then CRTWSCST and specify
that object on the WSCST parameter of the device description.

Could you maybe just set the FONT parameter of the device description?

BTW, Host Print Transform can be quite slow, by its very nature.
