Mouse VS Keyboard was(RE: Question of efficiency)

I use the alt tab key,it  allows you to switch between any open windows 
session. Also I use reflection which the alt pageup switches between only its 
sessions. I agree the keyboard is quicker, but the mouse is not the only why to 
switch sessions. :)
