I am sorry Paul, maybe I did't understand the original problem, but
the filter is transparent when you are using Word and you don't really
know it does anything... It just converts the document... if you aren't
getting the correct results, (and you have a LOT of time) go poke around
the MS tech support page... they have a number of add-on products for
various conversions using Word..... If you have the original diskettes
or
cdrom for Word, the filters are more than likely in there....
