Office/400 to Word/Outlook (FFTDCA)

We're in the process of migrating our users from OfficeVision/400 to
Microsoft Word (with Outlook for Email).

We've downloaded the translator that lets Word read OV/400 documents
(RFTDCA (Revisable Format Text, Document Content Architecture) or RFT400)
(Thanks to a URL provided by a list member!).

However, we have a problem:  OV/400 Email saved to an AS/400 folder is
unreadable by Word.  The format is FFTDCA (Final Format Text, Document
Content Architecture).  I have been unable to find a translator that can
read FFTDCA.  The CVTDOC (sp) command on the AS/400 aparently believes that
Final format is Final and won't translate from it to anything else.

ARRRRGGHH!!

Any other thoughts or solutions available out there?
