Great letter, except the part about the AS/400 at Compaq. At last look, they 
were
running HP boxes. They did not want to run ANY IBM hardware. (This was from an
acquaintance from Compaq).
Of course, Microsoft and Apple both use AS/400. Also in the crowd are Exxon,
Shell Oil, Walt Disney, PACCAR (Peterbilt),.....

Gee, I wonder how many of the Fortune 500 use the AS/400?
