Re: Fax from the AS/400 Software

IBM sells a product called Facsimile Support/400 It is will run on a native fax
card plugged into the AS/400 as well as a separate fax server.  The product
itself is more of an application enabler.  It comes with a number of APIs that
let you embed fax commands into interactive applications as well as batch.  It
also comes with the ability to set up distribution lists and address books.  I
think it cost us around $5k for our model 500.

There is also a company out there called Quadrant Software that makes a product
called FastFax/400 that supposedly has all kinds of user-friendly bell and
