I just tried the Authorization List option and got the same response. Then
I tried the Backup option and got a signon window—interesting, since my
connection was under a *secofr profile. Anyway, I tried Authorization Lists
again and it was fine.

Looks like a bug—security features are not consistent in behavior.

As far folders, worked for me, but it takes a lonnnnng time to get a list
back from Network Neigborhood. Have you tried mapping your 400 to a drive?
This usually scans more quickly. It may be just taking longer than you
expect. BTW, this was on Win 95 OSR2 to a v4r1 box at latest CUM, CA SP
sf48155.
