The site at
<http://as400service.rochester.ibm.com/as4sde/slkbase.nsf/slkbase> has a
number of entries. You can't ask anything there, but it is the outgrowth of
customer questions.

<http://as400service.rochester.ibm.com> itself is a good starting point.

as well as the 'Technical Studio'. The former has a link to the knowledge
base thing I mentioned above.

If you have Support Line, you can ask questions via a browser. You need to
register from the site mentioned in the previous paragraph. Then you can
ask questions and check on the status of open problems. Of course, this
costs, but if your company has the Support Line contract, I think it's
great as a substitute for 1-800-274-0015.

But I encourage you to ask these questions on this list. No one will put
anyone down for such questions.
