RE: *IP PC5250 Device Naming

The host does not have to be V4R2, you can be V4R2, V4R1, V3R7 - and by
the end of June V3R2.

connecting to AS/400 systems running OS/400 V3R7, V4R1, and 
V4R2.  Plans are in place to add this support to the
