No problems, except for possible syntax on REFFLD, PFILE, PRINT etc.
statements (things like 
PRINT(QSYSPRT.*LIBL)  which need to be PRINT(*LIBL/QSYSPRT) - or better
yet just plain PRINT(QSYSPRT)
as *LIBL/ is redundant/default.)
There's a TAATOOL CVTDDSSRC to help with this.

Don't forget to save the data before you recompile your PF files !   :-)
