I've been using BlackBox eliminators since the mid-eighties on a variety of
S/X - AS/400 sites and SDLC with no problems whatsoever.

<< Gentlemen:

We have installed several of these modems.

We have run into an intermittent communications problem when two AS/400s
attempt to talk to each other. The line drops after only a few seconds and
we can't support the client base.

I queried the midrange list and they indicated that a firmware fix was
needed from you. It is called IBM316D.HEX I queried your ftp site and
 couldn't find it.

Can you provide some instructions for downloading and applying this fix so
 we can eliminate this problem?
