just a question.... why NOT remove QINTER jobq? (Aside from the fact that he MAY
want to use it for some compiles) Your replies on this make it sound like it 
would be a disaster to remove this from the sbsd. What's up?

Use something else.
Use QPGMR or use QSYSNOMAX job queue.
Or create a QPGMR2 or QBATCH2 job queue and ADDJOBQE 
     
Anyway, DON'T remove the QINTER job queue entry.
