  • Subject: STRCODE in CLP (Code/400 v. 3.2.1)

Hi,

I just completed at CLP which finds a sessions dynamic IPaddress,
before it make the call:

             STRCODE SERVER(&SERVER) RMTLOCNAME(&TCPADR) +
                          CMNTYPE(*TCPIP) PORT(*DFT)

Compiling the CLP with OS/400 v. 4.1.0, I get the following error message:
CPD0043 30 Keyword CMNTYPE (and PORT) not valid for this command.

If I call the STRCODE manually, everything works like a charm.

If I compile the CLP with OS/400 v. 4.2.0 (another AS/400), there's no
error message.

I believe I need a PTF, can somebody help me with a number ???

Best regards and thanks

Leif/DK
