Hello Booth,

You shouldn't need a permanent IP address.  You just need to know the IP 
address assigned by your ISP.  My 
dialler shows me that when I connect.  I should expect you can do similar.   I 
assume you are running W95.  
There is a little windoze utility called (something like) winipcfg which will 
show you the current IP settings 
and I believe it is a standard utility.  Run it after you connect to your ISP.

I can't check it here 'cause I'd have to reboot to W95 ....
