You can write an SQLRPGLE program to check objects dates. If the source last
change date is greater than the object create date, then attempt to verify
the source member record dates.  Here is where you process the source member
with an SQL statement to find the MAX(SRCDAT).

Of course this isn't fool proof but it may give you an idea if the source
member was accidentally modified or moved to another source file.  There are
other faults here,.. here are a couple:
a. The source date can be manipulated in SEU and the date may be invalid.
b. Some editors may use MDY format vs. YMD.
