I for  one get  so  much  E Mail between  the lists, Y2K stuff 
and personal  that it is necessary to  be selective and delete
or read by  title or sender. 

Now  the  content under this title .
Subject: Re: "Filibuster or just blustering" with  
Has lost its meaning . 

Might I  suggest we  all try to keep the title to match the subject.
