Are you permitting DNS traffic through your firewall to the unsecure net and
back???  Can you resolve unsecure hosts from the firewall itself???

Your DNS entry on your local machines should be the IP address of your secure
DNS, i.e. IP address of the TCP/IP interface to my network card on the 400?
