Scott,
Call up PDM, put "25" on the first member and press F13-- your "25"
will be copied to all the members on your list. Then press ENTER to
process option 25 vs each member. This comes in handy if you create
your own PDM option; especially in conjunction with making a subset.

Here's an example:
Let's say that you want to change all the display files to
RSTDSP(*YES).
1. WRKMBRPDM lib/QDDSSRC
 (subset the list)
2. Press F17
3. In Member Type, key in DSPF*
4. Press ENTER
 (create your own PDM option)
5. Press F16
6. Press F6 to create a new option
7. Call it CD for Change Display file
8. Tupe CHGDSPF on the command line.
9. Press F4 to prompt the CHGDSPF command
10. for File, type &N (for member name)
11. for Library, put your object library name
12. Press F10 for additional parameters
13. for RSTDSP type *YES
14. Press Enter and your command appears on the command line.
for more info on the available macros, position the cursor
on the command line and press F1.
15. Press Enter and your user option is created.
16. Press Enter to return to the member list.
(Apply your user option to every member in the list)
17. Type CD in the first member Option field.
18. Press F13 to copy the "CD" to every member in the list.
19. Press ENTER to process your CD (CHGDSPF RSTDSP(*YES)) against
every member name.

I use this all the time... The great thing is that you can use a
member list to act on the objects (like this example,) or you can act
directly on a list of objects if you do WRKOBJPDM...

hth,
Buck Calabro
