Thanks for this information, I will look into it.  I may have found 
something very bad on the *SYSRPYL... It appears that there is a system 
reply entry that is telling the AS400 to answer EVERY RPG error (RPG0000) 
with a 'D' for dump.  Now to find who put this doosie in there.
