Changes to Attention key menu option

In addition to the program specified by SETATNPGM (or the user profile
ATNPGM), there is also the Preattention Program Exit Point
QIBM_QWT_PREATTNPGMS which allows up to eight user attention exit
programs to be called prior to the ATNPGM program.  This exit can also
be customized on a per user basis and is described in the System API
Reference Work Management Exit Programs chapter.  Though inadvertently
not documented until the V4R2 manual, the exit has actually existed
for a few releases now.  WRKREGINF can be used to determine if this
exit support is also available.
