One way would be to add the key fields again, at the end of the record, in
the order you want for a key. Another way  would be to leave the file
unindexed, and use FMTSRc to sort it after it is built, then process it
sequentially.

Also there used to be a word something like "EXTK" that went in the key
location area of  the F spec for non-contiguos keys?  I just looked for it
but couldn't see it anymore.
