Having a library in front of QSYS is not a big problem.  However, a
software provider has to provide the ability to remove the objects in this
library if the user desires by taking an option from a menu.  The product
still should be able to function, maybe not all functions but should give
you the major portion.  That should be documentated.

I don't know what system state programs that are being shipped.  However, I
would worry about companies that take a program written by them and on the
QT change it to a system state program and then change the program back to
a user state program after they are finished.  Things happen under the
covers that should not be happening.  There are a lot the things that an MI
program can do without the users permission.  

As far as I am concerned, security is a mute point when companies are
allowed to munipulate the state of a program without IBM's permission.
