 For "important" (i.e. serious) msgs, just create msgq QSYSMSG.  The system
will automatically send those msgs there in addition to QSYSOPR.  Another
option (or in conjunction with the previous) is to put a break msg handler
on either of these msgq's and do whatever filter and forwarding you want.
