Glenn,
Thanks for the 'ditto' about Jon's suggestion.  Tomorrow I will look into the 
IBM
Search2000 product and the Powertools suggestion to help us limp throught to the
Y2000, after that this software is history... very bad stuff.  But the CEO
doesn't want to do anything while consulting services is so expensive.  I
understand his point, we have 2 good programmer that should enable us to do the
limping.  Thanks for the answers and let me know what you know about the 2
products I mentioned above if you know of anything.
