All this is being done on CISC V3R2 machine.. unfortunately all of 
the original objects from the System/38 that had no last used date 
have been removed so I can't test those.  I have saved & restored 
System/38 objects that have been recompiled on the AS/400 & the dates 
are okay (altho reset when restored which is right).  Still not sure 
if the original, unrecompiled System/38 object holds the last-used 
date correctly.
