FOILS-5  was one  BIG  old tool that  requires BIG Iron to  work.  As you
look at todays  products FreeLance PowerPoint  & HTML functions  for the
Web and the likes FOILS -5  is/was a  pioneer from days or OLD. Very likely
in a musem or long since retried .

Nothing to do with  this" VM Foiles"  as it was described earlier

A  thought -   some of the MS Web page  packages Publisher, Front Page e.t
al.  do read  many  strange  things -  this might be one of them.
