Don,
If this presentor is from IBM, then I'm guessing he's using one of the VM
foil (transparency) packages that produce LIST3820 output.  If that is
the case, then he could use the PREPPS tool that is available internally
to IBMers on the TXTTOOLS disk to convert the LIST3820 output to Post-
script.

But, not every IBMer knows of the tools repositories, or how to use them.
You might ask him if his tool produces LIST38XX output.

If he is not an IBMer, then I really don't know what he is using,
and can't help.
