Well if that's true, and I believe it is, then we can thank Y2K for
forcing them to go to a new system.
I read somewhere a few months ago that they ARE going to a new billing
system, I certainly hope they aren't going to try and patch the 30+ year
old COBOL code on the mainframes.
Besides, Jon Paris is too busy these days to re-write it for them  :-)
