Well, I was referring to when IBM actually owned it, after the /400 first came
out, and before Marcam bought MAPICS and CTG bought DMAS.  I agree with Laura
in that they only work with the information provided by other divisions.
Where this information actually _COMES FROM_, nobody seems to know.  You don't
hear anything for _MONTHS_, then you suddenly get a bill.  Go figure -- e-
business at its best, I guess...
