Re: Converting Messages into Some Sort of Database...

A TRUE database could be kept on our LAN and be used by multiple support
people, etc. plus if you have kept a LARGE volume of messages, you've
HAD to have seen the "slugisness" of e-mails search engine (at least
with Netscape Communicator...)

Am I missing the boat here ? :-)
