Re Install of Service pack 2.

The symptoms don't match what we've seen before, but please be sure that you
are attempting to apply the Service Pack to the current (i.e. V3R2M1) release
of the product. i.e. the version that became available in February of this
year. If you have the previous release (V3R2M0) then the latest SP for that
release is SP4 and it has it's own link from the support page.

There is no Service Pack to take you from V3R2M0 to V3R2M1 - you have to obtain
and load the new version (then you can apply SP2).

I have asked the Code team to do something to make this more obvious on the Web
page since we've had several people trying to aplly SP2 to the old release.

PS. Am I correct in assuming that you folks are trying to load the SP on Win 95
systems? or is it Win NT?
