I'm glad you called them (us?) back.  I suppose there is a temptation to
stick it to Big Blue and make them suffer, but we're really just people
here on the other side, too, trying to do a tough job as good as we can.

And, some of us *do* know about midrange-L, although AFAIK it's not in
anybody's job description to follow it.  I could be wrong about that, though.
