Sorry you had so much trouble with the tapes, I usually just install off the CD,
it's a lot faster than installing down from shared folders. 

I forwarded your message to my office and will try and duplicate your problem,
but I actually (shock!) prefer using and 802.2 connection over TCP/IP. I find it
a lot more reliable and I like to know my session names up front (since Win95
crashes a lot I need to be able to reconnect! ;-))

I wish you luck. I am sorry to hear that there isn't any support for the product
over the phone. There is great support on the list, but that can't make up for
lack of phone support. 

There needs to be install support at the very least. After all, if you don't get
the customer started with the product, it is tough to achieve any reasonable
satisfaction level.
