I absolutely agree.  On the other hand, IBM's AS/400 software is almost bullet
proof to copy & distribute freely.  I suppose when DOJ dropped the anti-trust in
1982, IBM felt emboldened to enforce this rule and get away with it.  Their
explanation is you are licensing it from IBM and if you want to transfer it call
IBM and get approval.  Remember, when IBM used to ask for a maintenance
certificate on used hardware bought elsewhere?  For PC software,  CDs  prevented
copying, but now cheap CD Recorder  is making that false security obsolete.

It is midnight and IBM PF(Police Force) is visiting you and do you know your
