In my humble opinion, if it doesn't generate only Sev 00 messages,
the coding isn't finished yet. While Sev 10 errors usually still
produce perfectly functional programs, there's a level of programming
style that the compiler/checker encourages, and willfully ignoring
that standard seems like it would eventually lead to troubles...
