And my wish for you is that you will have the opportunity. 

Now that IBM is allowed to bundle software again, I have been hoping
someone there will get the idea that they will sell more AS/400s if they
bundle development tools that will increase productivity. I would like to
see every place that has PDM start using Code/400. That would take a little
bit of the edge off of the programmer crunch.

It would also make it plausible for contractors to use these tools and move
from client to client.
